Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with 3 years of experience working with clients in various life stages. I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy, believing in the possibility of post-traumatic growth. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and in control of their healing journey. As a Certified Trauma Professional currently training in Brainspotting, I draw on a variety of modalities like DBT, IFS, and Person-Centered Therapy. I love seeing clients virtually and connecting with their furry, scaly, and feathered friends!

I create a welcoming and affirming space for individuals and couples to explore their unique needs.
Individuals Experiencing Burnout: | Many people struggle with burnout in both their personal and professional lives. I help clients identify the root causes, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and find balance to reclaim their energy and sense of purpose.
Grief | Grief can be one of life’s heaviest burdens, and navigating loss can feel isolating. I provide a supportive space to process grief, whether from the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or any kind of emotional loss, helping clients find meaning and healing through their journey.
Suicidality: | I work with individuals experiencing thoughts of suicide, focusing on creating safety and a collaborative plan to reduce risk. Together, we explore underlying emotional pain and develop strategies for coping and resilience.
