I strive to meet my clients where they are, recognizing that healing does not happen in isolation. Our experiences are deeply shaped by the systems we navigate, the identities we hold, and the challenges we face in a world that often does not make space for us. My therapeutic approach is informed by intersectional, trauma-responsive, and neurodivergent-affirming care, combining elements of relational therapy, narrative therapy, self-compassion practices, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor my work to each client's unique needs and strengths, centering their autonomy and lived experience in the process.

I am passionate about creating a space where my clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My work is rooted in deep respect for personal autonomy, self-determination, and the understanding that healing is not about "fixing" what is broken—because you are not broken. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, navigate life’s complexities, and cultivate self-trust and empowerment.

I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental, affirming, and accessible space for all clients, particularly those who have felt unseen or misunderstood in traditional mental health settings. My approach is grounded in anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-responsive values.

Ashley’s focus areas
  • Neurodivergence & Late Diagnosis: I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating a world that often isn’t designed for neurodivergent people. I help clients explore and embrace their neurodivergence, whether they are newly discovering this aspect of themselves or have long known they experience the world differently. Together, we will work to unmask, release internalized shame, and develop strategies that honor your authentic self.

  • Complex Trauma & Religious Trauma: I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced deep, systemic, and relational trauma, including childhood trauma, high-control environments, and religious trauma. My approach is centered on safety, self-trust, and moving beyond survival mode into a life that feels truly yours.

  • Burnout & Systemic Oppression: Many of my clients are helpers, caregivers, or social changemakers who have given so much to others that they feel depleted themselves. I support individuals navigating burnout, moral injury, and the emotional toll of living within systems that do not align with their values. We work together to reconnect with purpose while fostering boundaries, self-care, and sustainable change.

  • Parenting & Breaking Generational Cycles: I believe that parenting is one of the most powerful ways we shape the future, and I support parents who want to raise their children with intention, respect, and authenticity. Whether you are working to break generational cycles, navigate parenting as a neurodivergent or trauma-impacted person, or simply want to show up differently for your child, I provide a space to reflect, process, and grow.

Ashley’s ideal client

I work best with clients who are curious, introspective, and seeking a deeper connection with themselves. Many of the people I work with feel a disconnect between who they are and who they’ve been told they should be, whether due to past experiences, societal conditioning, or the weight of expectations. I work best with clients who are willing to engage in the process, to reflect, and to explore new ways of being that feel more true to who they are.
