My clinician is always there for me remember that the work that I've done and doing to isn't for nothing and that I'm on the right track. She's awesome!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I feel supported in my mental well-being. I set goals and they help me break it down into achievable steps. Yes i have set backs but i dont feel judged. I feel heard and seen. Wonderful virtual therapy for people in CT, especially for the LGBTQ and nuerodivergent communities.
